New Monday morning beginners adult Ballet. No experience required.
A new class to add to our weekly program beginning in September. A fabulous friendly beginners adult ballet class with Aleksandra Zinovieva exploring ballet technique, fitness, strength and flexibility. Contact us via the website to book your space.

Weekly Clinical Pilates with Physiotherapist Rachel Canavan - Thursdays 6pm
Pushing your practice or training for something specific? This class is for optimising movement and enhancing performance. You will have some Pilates experience already and will be keen to use a variety of equipment. Classes are informed by scientific models for improving performance over time.
Whilst Pilates is inclusive for all, this class is a higher level class that involves high intensity training and advanced Pilates exercises.
We like to chat to you first to determine suitability for classes. We do this to make sure classes are right for you. Please contact Rachel via the online form.
